French Rolls

I think most of you are getting tired about staying at home during the pandemic like me, but we can still have some fun from baking at home. Today I like to share with you one of my favorite recipe - French roll.
Try it, I know you will like it.
[Ingredients]
1. Bread flour 150g
2. Sugar 8g
3. Salt 3g
4. Warm Milk 100g
5. Dry yeast 1/2 tea spoon
6. Unsalted butter (room temperature)
[Directions]
1. Combine all ingredients into the mixer to make the dough.
2. Leave the dough in the mixer bowl and cover the top, put it to a warm place (oven) until it gets twice bigger.
3. Take the dough out and put them on the table, divide the dough into 8 pieces and make them the roll shape.
4. Cover the rolls with wet towel or plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 mins.
5. Deflate the dough and make the roll shape again.
6. Cover the doughs with wet towel or plastic wrap and let it rest for 40 mins, till it become twice larger.
7. Preheat the oven to 250°C
8. Sprinkle bread flour on the bread
9. Score the top of the roll and put a small piece of salted butter (1g) on the top.
10. Place the rolls into the preheated oven, turn the oven temperature down to 230°C and bak for 13 mins.
