Brownie




Hey everybody, how are you today?

I am sure that you will enjoy doing this recipe, it is super easy and practical. And delicious.


Ingredients:

180g Milk Chocolate Bar

100g margarine

3 eggs

90g brown sugar

135g sugar

20g chocolate powdered

1 tbsp vanilla extract

110g white flour


To start this great brownie, you first need to cut the chocolate bar in squares and put in a pan together with the butter. Take the pan to the stove and turn it on in real low heat. (Stay alert right now, because the chocolate can burn any moment. That is why it important to keep the heat low) After you melted the chocolate with margarine, leave it a little bit in a side so it can get cold. 


While the chocolate is cooling, grab a bowl and include the eggs with both sugars. Mix everything with a big spoon. (This recipe is really easy, so there is no need in using a stand mixer)


After that, you include the melted chocolate with the sugars and eggs. Once again, mix everything. Next, include the chocolate powdered and the vanilla extract and stir it all again.


To conclude the recipe, include the flour and stir until it gets in a very homogenized mixture.


The hard part is done, now just put everything in a tray with a baking paper.

It can now go to the pre heated oven with heat around 370 F. 

Keep checking because in around 15 min you will have your beautiful brownie ready.


One last tip, try not to eat it all at once, it is delicious!
